It looks very straight and clean. Perhaps a deep scratch that jumped a bit on the rim and scratched again?

Ahh...I can see under the neck that it is indeed raised. Nice find!

Im no expert but I've heard scratches on a coin (ex. knife or something that provides the right clean deep cut) over a period of time can raise. Now the period of time and conditions needed I am unsure of.

It sure resembles this break linked above--although an earlier die state?

jawamin..I ran your coin trough one of my programs to show that it does look like a sharp cut from some thing and maybe not a die crack..just a guess..i am no expert....did it in 3D to get a better look at it.

Under magnification "witch I am unable to photograph under" it clearly shows a raised surface flat on either side. I think the photo can be misleading with the shadow affect my lightings cast apon the coin. It matches up to the dentical of known die cracks I've seen on record also.

To me Jawa and DV's die crack intersect the same target area on the denticle, Rob yours seems to be 3 or 4 denticles east. Nice coins.
