Quote: Yea its so worthless that EVERYONE pushing that scam is more than happy to sell you every last ounce of metal in their inventory for that "worthless paper"....... While I tend to agree with this isn't that really just common sense with anything. Everybody in the Real Estate market is touting that it is booming and that everything is going to be roses from here on out. Basically, what I am saying is you probably shouldn't take the word of someone selling you anything as the whole truth. On the flip side, I don't agree with this rebuttal as being definitive proof. In any business you still need cash flow to buy inventory, pay employees, etc..... It is what you do with your profits that is more telling. Does anyone really know what these guys are doing with their profits.

MM. They're probably buying more metal to convert into even more worthless paper, if that's their vocation.

The major difference though is the realtor or stock broker isn't selling you a doomsday scenario that youre money is worthless and the government is going to collapse soon. Anyone that really believed that wouldnt care about paper at all, they would be buying up metals and making preparations for the coming chaos, not trying to act like a business with a long term growth plan.

I didn't read anything in this article regarding doom and gloom, or dollar bashing. Did I miss something?

They want you to believe that all of the bad stuff is in the past and it will be all sunshine and rainbows in the future. They prey on your hopes while the others prey on your fears. In the end only you can decide what is in your best interest because it is only you who has your best interests at heart.

ASE's typically face heavy demand in the early part of the year. I don't see any shocking new developments or grounds for sweeping conclusions here.
