Howdy, from the cold north! Please help me set a grade, and ball park value for what I suspect is a double die obverse on this bu 1978 penny taken from mint roll. Also seems to have at least a double 8 on the reverse,it hard to tell, coin also has 20% die rotation Thanks in advance!

thank you Joseph 7420,this penny is from a mint roll I just recently cracked. I was hoping for a few nice ones. There was others typical of the year from that roll,but , Thought this might be special,it has a creamy luster I really love also! thanks again!
