What are some apps for your smartphone are you using in your coin collecting? I use the Kitco app, getting Metalynx after my data usage goes back down, and sometimes Metal Detector. Are there any good apps out there that you guys use?

I use the NGC cert verification and photograde. I would like to get some more free ones though.

I use Kitco also but on my desktop, and my local coin dealer does, too, and usually has it up and running on his computer.
And Photograde bookmarked plus I have an old print version too.

Lol, my coin dealer gets on the phone and asks his buddy for the current PM prices.
re: PCGS: $13/month, that's pretty steep.

The PCGS coinfacts you have to pay for, photograde is free though. I think they have one other free one too.
Coinfacts is pricey, but it does have a lot of great info. I used to be deadset against it but have been considering it after seeing it from free trial days.

iPhone only... I'm not about to make that switch. I can't wait until they make an Android version and all others, of course.

What about offline apps not needing an internet connection?

I used PCGS exclusively for 3 years. Be careful when you get refered to coinfax for the free trial. The only truly free things they offer is slab verification and the Photgrqde.
