My brother found this the other day. Same image on both sides. We are thinking a token for something, but neither of us know what for.

Can-Anyone-Help-Me-Identify-This-Coin?

I'm assuming that if it is some kind of cigarette token it would be impossible to identify unless someone were local to the business that used it. It would be a lot easier if I could just figure out what the image even is...
