Distilled Water, Cannot Find In Supermarket

Here is an idea, on a hot summer day, put a glass of ice water in a pie pan and wait...

Distilled water in no time... I think the cork on my coaster is starting to peel

The deionized water will likely be as pure or even purer than the distilled water given the multi-stage cleaning and deionization processes during production. I wouldn't hesitate to use them interchangeably.
