Winnipeger Looking For An LCS South Of The 49

AgCoinAu Pillar of the Community Canada 3049 Posts	Posted 02/16/2014 11:51 pm I live in Winnipeg and sometimes visit grand forks, fargo or minneapolis.... Just wondering if anyone can recommend a local coin shop in one of the areas or somewhere just south of Winnipeg... Other option is somewhere near Independence KS as I generally go there 2-4 times per year as well. Basically I have a whole bunch of clad 50 cent pieces and want to change that in for a few gold pieces... Report this Post to the Staff

There is also one in grand forks that I have not been too yet since they are only opened on week days. Treasure island was a nice looking store, quite large, but a little too pricey for me. I always like chatting it up with fellow enthusiasts... I'll look 'em up.. sometimes I cross the 49.. and I seriously gotta find something for me to do while the wife is out shopping and while I'm doing a lot of renos.. I buy a bit of silver bullion in there. Northern Coins is on Main Ave and 25th St and is a more traditional coin shop. Lots of inventory. Stay warm! Let me know if you need any other info.
