Anyone in here are into collecting bullion coin? Shield Sovereign coins? I found this offer from Perth Mint to be really good; however, I can not afford $1500 USD right now..........

G'day, that's a very large premium above the gold value of what is offered: about 200%

Yes that would be a collector set, not bullion.

Gold coin at bullion value is often not very pretty.
