This is my favorite grocery store roll find♡. It has cracks that look completely 3d but it is just toning lol. Last pic shows it is flat.

Anyways what would cause that, Also what causes rainbow toning? I am working on a rainbow toned Whitman book 2 no way in heck I could have done a rainbow book 1 lol

What ever causes it, I like toning on any coin

Looks like the plating was stained. Nothing will remove it was it is through the plating. Some product may lesson it, but why? BU coins are out there. Toned coins are found in older albums that turn the coins. Best to look at old books or in 2X2's from dealers for these. To them they are just ugly coins. Bu, but less desirable to them.

The reverse plating has micro holes. I didnt think it was worth anythinh I just thought it was awesome
