coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/20/2014 12:48 pm Looks like the plating was stained. Nothing will remove it was it is through the plating. Some product may lesson it, but why? BU coins are out there. Toned coins are found in older albums that turn the coins. Best to look at old books or in 2X2's from dealers for these.
