Is this considered a blob?

I just got this one out of a stack of half filled Lincoln books I checking for errors

anyone that can help examplain anything it is welcome I a new to error hunting and coin collecting only a month so far.

It happens when part of the die chips off.

Cool, I see another one exactly the same as the one I found today on ebay. So is this considered 1955-s date filled blob or is it a Cud Filled 5. or "Chipped Die Filled 5" on the Obverse.

How would I describe the coin in proper terminology I see same coin described many ways?
