Hi, I've recently come into a coin collection that has a Certificate of Authenticity and is sterling silver from "The Canadian Postmasters Association" and was wondering how much they're worth, or their weight in silver.

There are fourteen other medallions in this collection (I'm unsure if complete or not) so any info on that would be helpful as well.
The diameter seems to be 4cm so I assume that makes the circumference about 12cm. I can post more pictures if needed.
