I recently came across 2 rolls of bank wrapped silver Roosevelt dimes. Paid a pretty penny for them. They are shotgun rolls with the old bank name on them....Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis. The interesting thing about them is that both ends are rolled, but on one end there is a brown end, kinda like a little piece of brown paper or cardboard in one end of the roll. Has anybody seen this before? Thanks. Ed
Rest in Peace

Yes. I have some OBW rolls with a thin cardboard plug in one end. Mine are 1958 cents.

OK, thanks. I wish I could see the end coin, but on the other hand it looks pretty cool. Wish I had more of them
