This is supposed to be UNC. It was removed from the plastic wrap so I could get a picture. Not sure why the are so many scratches.

On the back there is a copper marking and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts on it ?

I see a few lines around the lettering which I am sure is MD.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.

just normal minting process and handling marks etc.
looks like a bit of debris on it.
