It looks like something is stamped on the mm. I ran my nail over it but it seems to be smooth...

My initial opinion is a lamination error as well. A picture that captures the whole coin may be beneficial for determining that for sure.

To me, it appears as a struck through error. A lamination normally continues in a straight line across the coin. I'm not seeing that on this coin.

Is the mark on the reverse,near the top or the right wheat stalk, raised? If so then we are looking at damage.

It is raised on the reverse so ichecked the obverse again and it is a bit incuse. (I think that's the term for it)
