New 100$ bill with eight different digits - Not Ladder

The arrangement of the numbers is not important at all - the main thing that will be in the 100$ bill eight different digits

I wonder if some statistics major can tell us just how many combinations there are?

You find so many fancy serial numbers that I'm beginning to think that those $100 bills are sent directly to Austria.

Here's the breakdown! This is regarding numbers. I don't know enough about bills to do the letters. Are only some letters used? Etc. I'll gladly calculate the numbers again if someone would explain that info to me.

Total bill combinations: 100 Million. (100,000,000)

The chance of finding a solid bill is VERY slim. It would be the equivalent of picking out a steel penny in 4,000 boxes of coppers. Yes... you read that right. 4,000 boxes.

Your find is special no doubt, but it surprised me at how many others could possibly be out there.

There are 1,814,400 possible bills where the numbers are all different. This means if you went through a stack of 1,000 hundreds you could expect to find about 18 bills where the numbers are all different.

I would have calculated radar bills but those are tough and it's 11:06 and my math brain isn't functioning too well .
