This would be a fantasy coin with no value except novelty value. Maybe there is some demand for it on ebay, but probably not.

The obverse says (photo is a little blurry) "2nd (?) Lusophony Games, Lisbon"
Lusophone is another way of saying Portuguese speaking. Luso is from Lusitania, the Latin name for what is now Portugal, sort of like Ibero- is sometimes used to denote Spanish.
Can't make out the words below the pyramid, too blurry.
See the link below for more info on the Lusophony Games, they're like the Commonwealth Games, but Portuguese.

It is, as others have stated, a fantasy. The amero is as yet an entirely hypothetical future currency for an as-yet entirely hypothetical monetary union. Actual physical amero coins are decades away at best; it took the Europeans over ten years to create the euro and I don't think North American bureaucrats are that much more efficient than their European counterparts.

As the Wikipedia article states, the amero hit the news some years ago when Daniel Carr made his own amero fantasy patterns. You can read about those in this old forum thread and others; just do a forum search for "amero" to find them.

The words there I assume are the same as the back of a $1 bill.
