I know there is the 1964 penny "dot over 9" and its listed but I've never heard of this "dot on 9" as a scarce highly sought after error.
Ridiculous in my opinion.

Wow, they really have a few good ones on ebay today, counting the $80,000.00 one. If they call that one a sought after error, I have quite a few coins I can sell them. The only ones I've heard about are the dots above, and a die chip. They don't seem to mention all the other accumulations.
