I picked up a VG pre-1950 Jefferson with a 33% reverse die rotation today at my local coin shop. $2.00. It also was one I didn't have. I am a Jefferson and a Lincoln Cent collector in the Atlanta, GA area.

Generally speaking die rotation doesn't start to become important to a coin's value until it is 90° or more.
But there are always exceptions particularly with newer coins.
The Mint supposedly figured out how to prevent that.

1939 .
Didn't post pic because a pic wouldn't show anything but a rotated reverse.
