There's spotting on her cheek and chin that would hold back a 66 or even 65 IMO
MS64 FSB

There are 25,000 of these graded in 60 or better on the market and depending on what you paid, unless you REALLY need to have a common date in a slab, you might be spending money you don't need to

Lighting plays a big part in determining a coin grade...the first photo looks spotless. But I agree that the spots on the mentioned area will hold it back from getting anything higher than a 64.
