I'm not sure whether to catalogue this as AU or MS, so I'm looking for some opinions from the community:

From these pictures, I believe I see wear in the bands on the torch and a break in luster on the high points of the hair. I would call not call this mint state. I'll let others with more Mercury experience help with the grade.

IMO you might have to think a bit lower.

I have it down as AU 58, mainly because of how attractive the lustre is. I'm not really sure what to make of this one.

Mid range AU
weak strike on the reverse

I'm in the the high AU range AU55-58. Slight wear bands and hair.
