See if this link works:

EDIT: Didn't work either, but just add in the rest in the URL by copying and pasting.

That's one heck of a bust, though!

Link fixed.

If you ever post a link that gets chopped off like that one did, add the [url][/url] tags around it to force inclusion.

I'd be interested in knowing specifically which jewelers and pawnshops were involved in fencing the goods.

The one at queen st and church st is one of the oldest pawn stores in Toronto , most likely one of these places .

That article was very lacking. Very vague.

Remember this guy was from Bradford so he wasn't limited to Toronto. This stretch of pawnshops are not exactly the friendliest, two of them are outright crooks and they operate on the perimeter of the area to gain the first customers. I applied at classiest one of the bunch and I've never been more overqualified to work in any place but they only want corrupt people, that's the real reason they ask if you have a police record. I actually had an "in" with the manager and was more qualified than her but they're all social climbers.

In fact, only the classiest shop from this bunch would have Rolex watches on display, so do some footwork to find out which one I'm talking about. This stretch is for desperate people who don't know the best places to go but instead shop around - and the proof of this is in the church park directly across the street and Regent Park and Moss Park not far away.
