Hello,

First time poster, occasional lurker for the past few months. Came across a coin that I've not been able to determine the error(s).

Looks like a broad strike since there is no collar, and maybe some kind of strike-through error as well, since there is very little detail visible. The coin is also thinner than normal. Am I close? Is it of any value?

Thanks

Edit: Uploaded better pics.

Your coin was submitted to an acid bath.
Also just for clarity, there is no collar on a coin. I think what you are referring to is the rim. A collar is the die that forms the edge and rims of the coin.
Welcome to the forum. If you have any more coins you are unsure of please post them.
