Okay, so not quite the blue of a silver cert, but the stamp on the $2 has blue! (and it sounded better to add it!)

Trip-To-The-Bank-Gives-Red,-White-And-Blue.

Postmarked 1976 $2 FRN, a pair of consecutive $2 US notes, and a pair of 40% silver halves.

They did that for the first day of release for the redesigned $2 back on 4-13-76, so people can show they got the notes on the very first day. I've gotten three others from local banks before, but this is the first that still had the stamp attached.
