1938-S Possible Doubled Eyelid

this is a 1938S. does this look like a doubled eyelid to anyone else. I may have posted this coin previously. I "refound" it in a container of pre-1940 cents. after I photographed this, and made a file folder for it - I found the same images in an existing folder. I must have put the coin back into the container and now found it again.
