I found this quarter circulating in Oklahoma. The significance of the "31" is obvious. However, I've searched the internet as to an explanation of why it is there and found none. Was this stamped is someone's garage or did it come from the mint like this? Thanks

I have several, most likely yours is a garage job, but I have some pennies with the state outlines and I remember finding that the Kennedy Mint had done them, and had offered them in a complete set at one time.
