This one was probably struck before mine, as it has more detail in the legends. I am in no way expert in these type of coins but it appears to me the legend has a gap between the 'helmet' on one and some space on the other. As I say this is not my area at all ..... but my 'guess' is they are as we say "brothers from a different mother" ! Report this Post to the Staff

Ben Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 4208 Posts	Posted 03/01/2014 12:09 pm Reverse isn't a die match, and I'm seeing major differences on the reverse (look at the hat in relation to the legend), so I'm not thinking its so. This is a pretty common coin type not much seen on ebay so its unlikely, but its a design I'm not familiar with and who knows h ow these dies wear. Report this Post to the Staff
