In 2002 a special edition 15th anniversary specimen loon dollar was issues with the specimen set.

The 68th edition of Charlton catalogue volume one states that there was a regular loon dollar issued in 2002 with a specimen finish, see page 215.

But, when looking through Charlton catalogue volume two, I can't find any mention of a regular loon dollar with a specimen finish being issued in 2002.

Does anyone know if a regular loon dollar with a specimen finish was issued on 2002 or has Charlton made a mistake.

The 25th anniversary of the loon was 2012.

The 2002 specimen set did included a special family of loons dollar. AFAIK, it had nothing to do with the 25th or even the 15th anniversary of the loon.
