I took this coins as part of a house clearance, it weighs around 31.5 kg, is 45mm in diameter and about 2.1 mm thick. Slight discoloring as can be seen in the pictures.I have seen various coins like this. Obviously originals are very rare and weigh 37gram. I have attached pictures and would welcome your opinions on it's value

Sadly, this too is a replica. As you point out, originals of a one tael coin should be heavier, but "originals" were never struck for circulation anyway.

Indeed, both coins are obvious cheap repblicas for tourists.
