It is supposed to be
VITELLIUS (69). Denarius. Rome.

Obv: A VITELLIVS GERM IMP AVG TR P.
Laureate head right.
Rev: PONT MAXIM.
Vesta, veiled, seated right, holding patera and sceptre.

RIC 107.

But there is something about this coin which makes me uneasy.

Edge of the coin looks filed and details look very crude. I don't think this coin is right.

The more I look the worse it gets. Not sure if there are not casting bubbles on the rev. Don't like the "toning" on the obverse either.
