If it's this year, then probably no, though 450 seems a rather insignificant number to me. 500 seems a lot more important.

, why on Earth would you commemorate a 450th, unless you were a mint issuing a new product for a profit?

Well we don't know the theme of 2014 £20 for £20 coin yet, so there is a chance for it to happen since he was one of the choices for a recent survey that I took regarding the £20 for £20 series. Big Ben was another choice.
