Just curious,
I have Penny Rolls, 1937-1940. 1944 P, some say un-circulated, should I leave them as is, or take a look to see what is actually there?

Most definitely, and I still have about a dozen more rolls to go, 4 or 5 rolls from 1973 to 1982 and another 6-7 from 1949-1957
