This is not a coin, nor a token, but a medal. There are various series of "presidential medals" put out over the years, including several issued by gas stations and similar places. The mis-spelling of "Theodore" on this medal, however, is quite distinctive. If you do a Google search for "Throdore Roosevelt" and refuse all of Google's efforts to correct your spelling, you will find similar medals being discussed. Someone on one of our rival forums claims that they are of Chinese manufacture.
