I posted this coin in the grade section hoping to get and grade and a heads up on the possible error on the reverse?

I am posting it over here too because it seams more logical place for the answers to the error portion.

Any input would be great as to if it is mint damage or post mint damage?

I do not have coin in hand and photos came from auction I purchased from original owner.

BTW the coin was not listed as a error on auction...

This is just to show where the error is I put a red line over it in grading section some members did not see it?

Whatever the blemish, it's not significant enough for me to pay any premium.
Other's may disagree.

It is a lamination. Not a good one. More of a distraction than a plus.

That was my guess Coop. Going with a lamination definition are most raised? If seen.
