It is in the fine - very fine range.
A larger picture would be helpful.
I saved yours and enlarged it to make sure
that the "I" in LIBERTY was present.

Pics are a little small, but I think it's a high VF.

Reverse is a strong EF. Pics are small but I'd be at EF-40 for this one.

Need larger pics to better determine grade, it might be in the XF range but impossible to tell with these pics.

Nice Liberty V!! I am leaning towards VF-20 because the "I" is slightly weak and it looks like about 1/2 of the hair details are visible. It is a little hard to tell with the photos because they are a little grainy when blown-up, but if in reality the hair details are 3/4 then I would go up to VF-30.
