I saw this while surfing ebay last evening and notified the seller that he actually had a counterfeit (no motto until 1866). This morning he had cancelled the auction due to an "error in the listing"
Looks to be an honest seller who thought he had a gem.

The auction had six days remaining with no BIN, so I usually allow the seller to do the right thing. This is the first one that did.

Yeah, he has a good feedback and a high rating. Looks like someone make a big mistake in buying that coin.
