Cruisinfusion Pillar of the Community United States 1531 Posts	Posted 03/16/2014 3:40 pm I would say MS-63 because of the scattered marks on both the obverse and the reverse of the coin. The deep scratch on Washington's jaw is very prominent and that is an important part of the coin in Washington quarter grading. Report this Post to the Staff

The hit on the chin/jaw is pretty big and the one in the field right in his eye line are a bit much for me to go 63 or higher.
