I have a lot of 1943 cents and I want to grade them but I am not sure if they follow the ANA standards of a copper coin. Is there a different standard because of missing plating?

other than their being no "red" red/brown" "brown" designations I do not believe they are graded any different than any other Lincoln Cent. The 1982 and earlier copper Lincoln cents are not plated also btw, its just the 1982 and later copper coated zinc that are plated.
to the site. always great to meet a new member

1943 cents never had a copper plating.
They were steel plated with zinc.
If you mean the zinc plating is missing then they are damaged or worn coins.

Nice coin to collect. I have about 2,000 of them. And as to value, not really to much. Even in very high grades, just not a lot of value. Worn or corroded ones sell for anywhere from $0.10 to $0.25 at coin shows and flea markets. At one flea market I go to there is guy with virtually thousands of them and just can't get rid of them. Great coin to Copper plate for fun.
