Probably lightly cleaned a long time ago. Can't see much evidence of radial mint lustre. The other two coin seem to have more lustre.
Almost no wear on the mace heads or the frame shell.
Beard a little indistinct in detail.
Couple of rim dings.

Looks like it was dipped. That would remove some of the luster and make it dull grey in color.

This coin appears to be in rather good condition, However from the images I have to say it has been dipped to death
Does it feel "Silky" to touch?

No. Camphor (the active ingredient in mothballs that causes the typical "mothball smell") does not react with silver. Camphor is recommended as a tarnish preventative measure; if stored in a sealed box or enclosed space with silver, the camphor will soak up any sulfide floating around in the box, rather than allowing the sulfide to form tarnish.

Possible; I was thinking "silver chloride formation" when I saw it (and bleach might do that), though I'm not also discounting the deposition of some other substance on the surface.

Many moons ago I purchased a cleaned 1942 NZ shilling in high grade that looked exactly the same but I forget what method they used to make it look like that(not a smart one obviously).
