So your average MS-63 graded Morgan may be $60-$80.
I found a MS-63 PL PCGS graded Morgan for $110.
I found a MS-63 DMPL PCGS graded Morgan for $200.

What kinds of value does DMPL add, except for beauty?

It really depends on the particular date and mintmark. Some are harder to find in PL and DMPL than others.

I've seen PL and DMPLs raise the cost quite considerably and honestly they are very nice and make a normal coin "pop" or look much better!!

That statement says it all really. John Highfill's encyclopedia of Silver dollars and Wyane Miller's book on Morgans both have really great sections on this issue, which dates come PL or DMPL and how many (percentage) might there be in the marketplace, etc. as to values check with the following to get an idea;

PCGS Market...

Numismedia FMV has separate sections for PL and DMPL Morgans...
