Back when Napoleon I was emperor and owned most of Europe, aluminium was still rare and expensive; even his nephew Napoleon III could not afford too much of it. The sans-serif style of writing also is making me think "early 20th century". And that Bohemian lion looks both crude and out-of-place on a French medal. My guess would be a cheap costume jewellery medallion. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S.
