Hard to tell from those pic's but it could be a planchet flaw.

Is the diagnosis still planchet flaw after seeing the better quality pics?

Last pic looks like a scratch. Your pics are at an angle for best results hover right over top or as straight on as you can get.

My vote is scratch. Die cracks will be raised areas in the field where metal has flowed into the break as the die is pressed to the flan.
