Very hard to tell from the picture although it has some qualities of a S-193. Better pics would help confirm.

Pictures aren't good enough, but it can't be S-193. It is 190, 191, NC-5, or NC-6. The obvious feature that limits it to one of these four is the fact that it has type 1 hair.

it looks like it has the extra point at the top of the hair near the B in LIBERTY, equals S-191

i am not sure that it is S-191. it is not NC-5, because NC-5 has a short fraction bar and this coin has a long fraction bar. that leaves S-190, S-191 and NC-6.

Well with those pictures I can eliminate NC-5 and NC-6. I am leaning toward S-190. Both S-190 and S-191 develop a die chip on the wreath below the left bow. On 190 the chip is on the top of the wreath. It is on most but not all of them. On S-191 it is below the wreath and It seems to be on all of them. I'm not seeing a chip below the wreath But I do think I see one above it.
