A split upper serif and a separation line in the upper loop of the S show on this variety. My coin is an earlier die state than the photos on CC. Markers match stage B in Wiles RPM book.

Albert: Is there any markers that match from coppercoins? The die gouges above the left lines? The die chip on "B" of LIBERTY? Location looks close, but I'm not seeing the RPM that strong on your coin.

Photographed those areas also. There is some hint of the markers, but no die breaks in the date. The most noteable is die crack on bust.

The markers just are not there for 003, as well as the lower serif not show the spread. I see what you are looking at on the top serif. The double spread. I've seen this before on mint marks. I still saved them hoping they would be listed, but they are too minor to be listed by coppercoins. Just like a lot of 1960-D RPMs with the lower serif split. If they are not outstanding, then they will never get listed. But I still save them. I though John Wexler might get out his 1960-D RPMs in probably a two volume set, that I might find matches. But until then I will hold them. I have his 1959-D WRPMs book. It is helpful, but I've still have more than he has listed in there.
I just found the link to one that show the marks at the top of the upper serif, but notice the marks on the lower serif as well. It was sold to me as a different die number, but I noticed a S/S/S instead of a S/S. So it was a different die.
