I was talking to a dealer at a coin show recently, and he was talking about how the guy who owns the Bellagio buys all the Nevada nationals at 2-3x market value. Does anyone know if this is true?

I have never seen one for sale at a coin show, and when I see them online they are always priced at over a thousand dollars

I found a Great Falls, Montana, my home town, National note that was listed for $1200 on a dealers web site. Books I seen only listed the note for less than $400... That was the only one I ever found and he sold it about a week ago. Shucks...

I found a beautiful note for a bank located in a small town just a few miles from where we live.

Unfortunately, I can't afford it.

I would like to buy a national for a bank that's close to me, but I live in a relatively new area. The county where I live is old, so there might be some nationals from a city in it.
