Very cool! I've never seen a custom wrapper for a casino before!
I think most halves after 1980 were pretty much minted for use in slot machines. I ordered three boxes a few years back, and they all seemed to be from a massive casino dump--about 10% of the coins were BU 1995-P that the casino obviously never got around to using, and a further third were dinged and scratched almost beyond recognition.
Since casinos are absolutely for-profit industries, I would imagine that they would invest in a coin counter that would weigh the coins to separate out all silver and junk foreigns/slugs.
