Some wear and loss of lustre on the obverse.
The reverse looks pretty much MS.
AU55 or 58 on a good day.

I doubt there's wear on it, the discolouration on the obverse indicates its been touched (probably what trout is interpreting as wear) but if it's been in circulation it wouldn't have so much red. Noble's photos unfortunately don't reveal the surface quality so it'd be impossible to estimate how it'd grade but as long as it hasn't been cleaned it should be MS.

I agree, I doubt that it has any wear and would expect nothing less than a 64RD (if not cleaned)

You would hope that Nobles would list it as cleaned if that were the case
but then again they would want it to fetch the highest price

Just running with the pic's provided and it looks like wear on the high points to me.
Could be put down as cabinet rub.
But has wear is wear regardless of how it happens
I doubt very much that it left the mint like this so how can it be called Mint State ?

Can look to have wear but could also be weak strike. The obverse has
probably been touched by sticky fingers that have removed the lustre.
Hard to tell from photos

Thank you for your inputs fellow collectors!

Will try to do a more representative photos tonight.

I am not that skilled to say if this one is cleaned or not, have to admit I relied on the reputable dealer. And very happy so far. In case pcgs will put it down as cleaned coin, I will learn a good lesson.
