I see what appears to be some Greek lettering, but there isn't enough to determine what they are or who the bust is of.

Yes! I tried to clean a little bit:   Maybe this is similar: BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΠYPPOY and another small detail:  A helmeted head?

athena?...but are those wings I see? nike? coin kind of has a seleucid feel to it.

Finally! :D "Kingdom of Bithynia, Prusias I Chlorus AE 27mm. Laureate head of Apollo left / BASILEWS PROUSIOU, Athena-Nike standing left, winged & wearing a Corinthian helmet, crowning the king's name with a wreath, resting hand on shield decorated with a Gorgoneion to right" What do you think? This is the same?
