Not sure what is going on here. I have found four of these so far. Under the chin there is a depression sort of in line with the intersection of the moon and the top of the liberty bell on the reverse. The depression looks like some sort of abrasion to remove a clash or something on the coin. Check out the overlay PROVIDED BY COOP (thanks coop). Anyway, I would appreciate any opinions anyone may have.
