I know this is mis-struck but what I don't know is if the front of the coin is that of a penny or that of a dime. I have taken the best photos I can.

The photographer used the wrong dime so all I have for you to go by is the size of the type of Elizabeth II which is much smaller than that of a dime
Hope someone can help

It's a penny, not a dime obverse.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
