Bad Link / Apache Error On 250th Post Auto-Email

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to report that when today I received my email for my 250th post, a part of the email read:

"Support Coin Community!
Find out how you can be a Coin Community supporter. You'll get a nice badge in all your posts and your profile"

When I clicked the 'Coin Community supporter' link it points to this URL: http://www.coincommunity.info/go/supporter

When going to that URL your Apache server throws a 500 Internal Server Error:


"Internal Server Error
